Official details on the Aston Martin AM 310 Vanquish have leaked, sending auto enthusiasts into a frenzy.
What most people already knew is that the new model will keep the same name, “Vanquish,” and general styling of the well-received AM 310 Concept.
Now, customers and Aston Martin enthusiasts can expect carbon fiber bodywork surrounding the VH platform, a 6.0-liter V12 engine, 565 horsepower, 457 pound/feet of torque and six-speed automatic gearbox with paddle shifters.
The cabin will be available in both two-seat and 2+2 versions, and pricing is predicted to start at $300,000.
Aston Martin is currently testing the Vanquish at the Nurburgring, but it won’t make its official debut until the 2012 Paris Motor Show in September.
