Although Cadillac just recently came out with two new models (the 2013 ATS and XTS), according to TheDetroitBureau.com, it has plans to roll out even more new flagship models in the coming years.
Cadillac isn’t aiming to go “car-for-car” with its German competitors, it plans on agressively expanding and elevating the brand, according to the company’s marketing executive, Don Butler.
Butler also said that the ATS will be followed by ten new models in the next three years. Included in this will be a replacement to the Escalade SUV, a CTS range that will rival BMW’s 5 series, and allegedly a compact crossover that could possibly fall under the SRX line and would take on the likes of the X1 and Audi Q3.
Production on the first of these models could start as early as 2014.
