Although the 2013 Maserati GranCabrio MC is another variation of the GranTurismo (think Gran Turismo a la drop-top), it doesn’t make its existence any less cool. It is still a Maserati, after all, and its jam-packed with features Maserati enthusiasts will no-doubt appreciate.
The Italian automaker revised the front fascia, making it more aggressive, and the new nose stretches the car’s overall length by two inches. The front of the GranCabrio also features reworked adaptive LED daytime running lights, and the rear spoiler produces more downforce than the standard issue kit.
The interior features redesigned front seats with more bolstering and the option to be made with carbon fiber for a price upgrade. The new design also offers more legroom in the rear seats.
Under the hood is the same 4.7-liter V8 engine seen in the GranTurismo, dumping 460 horsepower via a six-speed ZF automatic transmission.
