McLaren lovers rejoice: the 12C Spider is on its way.
This open-roofed model with twin turbo v8 engine has been confirmed as the next McLaren supercar to hit the streets. Lack of roofing gives drivers an amplified experience, while the carbon-fibre MonoCell chassis from the MP4-12C will be employed again.
McLaren’s confirmation of the 12C Spider has already sent the impatient luxury auto community into a frenzy. The American price has been set at $268,250, and the first units are expected to arrive in the US in December.
